If you are having trouble logging onto the EBSCO databases or any other library resource the first thing is to check that your username and password are correct.
You must enter the entire UB email address including the @ ub.edu.bs part.
Be sure that you are trying to access resources from the UB University Libraries web page and not directly from the internet.
Some resources have a limited number of concurrent users (CINAHL database) in which case you can select an alternative database or wait a few minutes until a place is available.
If you suspect your User ID and password are incorrect, please contact the IT department to verify if your credentials are correct.
